Cebu: The Queen City of the South (Philippines)

I am a nurse who loves to travel every chance I get. I go to places for ultimate de-stressing and unwinding. On this blog post, I’ll be sharing my photos on one of my favorite places to go to – Cebu.

Cebu is the Philippine’s Queen City of the South. This province is part of the Visayas Region, which is mid-part of the Philippine Archipelago.

It was 2009 when I first visited Cebu. I had a chance to be off work for a week and booked a flight with friends to unwind.

My friends and I went to the different historical places, beaches, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. This was the most memorable thing we did…

The Sky Experience!!!

(Skywalk and Edge Coaster Thrill)

Skywalking is best done at night to have a great view of the city lights and sky line. We walked at the edge (fiber glass floor) of the 38th level of Crown Regency Hotel in Cebu City.

I was just making mini-steps at first but when I already conquered my fear after a few minutes, I was already hopping ’till we finished.

My second visit in this beautiful province was last November 2011. Here are my shots that highlighted my trip.

Words cannot really describe how it is to be in this place. I can assure you, however, that it is worth your holiday.

Just posted some of my photos I took during the trip, to encapsulate the well-spent vacation I had in Cebu.

  1. I’ve read a few good stuff here. Definitely worth bookmarking for revisiting. I wonder how much attempt you put to create this sort of fantastic informative web site.
